Daniel A. Lauria, owner and principal broker of Lauria Real Estate, brings over 50 years of professionalism and personal attention to his clients. As a lifelong resident of Braintree, Dan started Lauria Real Estate with his mother in 1970. Today, Dan continues to operate his business alongside many members of his family.

Over the years, Dan has greatly contributed to his real estate community. He has served as President, Treasurer and Director of the Quincy and South Shore Board of Realtors, as well as State Director of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. Dan has also been honored many times by his peers as “Realtor of the Year.” Lauria Real Estate is recognized as one of the top real estate brokerages on the South Shore, and one of the oldest independent real estate brokerages in the state of Massachusetts.
